My Sassy Girl

Well its been a good new year day. Spent the dawn with the family . dont know hows it going to be the next time round.Probably things wont change. Thats optimism!! But then I was never really a optimist because you are often optimistic about stuff which is highly improbable. I believein Realism as against "optimism" or "pessimism". Realism coupled with a very strong belief in miracles. Miracles do happen. Dont ya believe that? Trust me blindly on that. That's what that makes life worth living.

Saw "My Sassy Girl" ( korean film with english subtitles) today ( that broke a couple of new year resolutions ;o(). By joe its right up there with the best romantic comedies that I have ever seen. Its essentially a story about a dumbass engineering student who falls into a strange relationship with a girl who has lost her boy friend. And how they ride along with there highs and lows. though this does look like another teeny romantic movie . But its high on sheer entertainment value with lots of surprises and some beautifl dialogues. Its how the relationship moves forward that intrigues you and holds you on ( apart from Jun Ji-hyun). I find her drop dead gorgeous and many wont disagree (I have a weakness or two for Koreans( females obviously!!).
Jun ( strangely she doesn't have a name in the film ) loves her dead boyfriend. And the only reason she couldn't get started all over again with this new guy is that she still loved HIM. How can you love a dead person. You can but would ya put your life on hold because somebody you loved left you. That sounds scary. I'll stop it at that.

parting thoughts!!

I love you papa mama
